A Letter From The President
Greetings Fellow Artists and Art Lovers!!
It is my sincere pleasure to begin this journey with you as your incoming CVA President. I appreciate your vote of confidence and look forward to continuing the great traditions of this organization.
I want to personally thank our former officers: Amy Beshgetoorian, President; Deborah Coates, Vice President; Jill Hunt, Secretary; and Kathy Noble, Treasurer. Each and every one served their position with true dedication. I would also like to welcome the new team of officers who will be assisting me with meeting the objectives of CVA. Please welcome: Vicky Toth, Vice President; Andrew Levengood, Secretary; and Krissy Crittenden, Treasurer.
The overall mission of CVA is to “Bring Art to Clayton”. Well, as a recent transplant from a large metropolitan area, I have witnessed that little Clayton is filled with art and artists that could rival any large town! There are breathtaking acrylics, delicately painted photographs, and masterful woodworks displayed in The Clayton Center and even around town. So, the art is here. On this journey, we will continue to create opportunities for ALL to be able to see it, learn from it, and perhaps make it.
